About Sydney
I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Eastern Oregon University and will graduate in September 2025.
As your counselor/therapist, my role is to support and guide you on your mental health journey. Whether it
feels like an adventurous road trip, a trek through a jungle or swamp, or a peaceful stroll, I’ll be
there to help you navigate the path. Along the way, I’ll point out meaningful
landmarks—moments of growth, insight, and self-discovery—while providing a space where
you can feel all your emotions, express yourself, and explore who you are and who you want to
become.

I believe you are the expert in your own life and deserve a space that is fully focused on you. My
approach is person-centered. I often use cognitive behavioral therapy and integrate other
techniques (including play therapy, sand tray therapy, and other creative interventions) to best
support your unique needs.

Outside of therapy, I love being creative. I call myself a “hobby hopper” because I have too
many hobbies to count—wood burning, sculpting, jewelry making, and painting, just to name a
few! I also find peace at Oregon’s beaches, especially when I can search for shells and agates.
Most of all, I cherish time with my husband and our dog.
As a graduate student intern, Sydney's services are not eligible for insurance coverage. To make therapy more accessible, sessions are offered at a discounted rate of $35 per session.
